Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to easily track the progress of your package and anticipate its arrival.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bakhoor Tech. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

If you simply change your mind about a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
